Hi, I’m Richelle Futch, the heart behind Her Ruck. I’m a Marine Corps Veteran, a retired military spouse, and now a law enforcement spouse, deeply committed to serving those who serve others. My journey has been shaped by life’s challenges — deployments, transitions, and the emotional weight that comes with them. I understand what it feels like to carry heavy burdens, and I’ve dedicated my life to helping others carry theirs with strength and grace.
As a licensed clinical social worker with years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s toughest moments, I’ve seen firsthand how stress, trauma, and emotional struggles can weigh us down. I’ve also learned that with the right tools, mindset, and community, we can turn that weight into personal growth and resilience.
Her Ruck was born from that belief. Whether you're navigating stress, working to strengthen your relationships, or simply seeking a supportive space for personal growth, I'm here to guide you. Through mental health resources, ruck challenges, workshops, and family programs, I’m committed to helping you build emotional strength and reclaim your power.
You can trust that when you’re part of this community, you’re learning from someone who’s been in the trenches — literally and emotionally. I’m honored to walk this path with you.
